But do they work?

I keep seeing these ads for Sketchers Shape-Ups and Reebok's Easytone. I love the idea that shoes with "balance all technology" could help tone my thighs and butt. Hans says I'm forbidden to have the Sketcher's ones because they're so ugly, but he might not mind the Reebok ones.

The bigger question is.... do they work? Like most things, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Anyone have any experience with these?

  1. Last year when I was getting some serious dental work done (I was at an office that did just root canals. I had four. yeah.) The assistant there was super nice and had a pair-- I don't remember the brand though. She loved them. She said she could feel it in her legs and abs at the end of the day.

  2. I actually have the Reebok ones. I love them. I have pretty toned legs (it's like the only part of my I'm not insecure about) and I was sore after the first few times wearing them. I just wear them when I take my dog on walks. They are NOT OK to run in though, so make sure you don't do that.

Overall, I really like the Reebok ones and I agree with Hans. The Sketchers ones are atrocious looking.
